I apologise for not being able to update for this week, but wells. Here's one post =D*Love Fiesta's officially over...
Mixed with alot emotions and also tiredness when ending the project. We all, especially the planning committee, have come a long way in planning for this carnival, and in us, alot of experiences and memories thta we'll never forget. I'm not very good with my words, and certian things I know I cannot express myself properly here. Nevertheless, I'll try to put down some thoughts that I have...
Firstly,
SORRY to those that I may have offended during the course of the project. I wouldn't find excuses such as being stressed or anything, but sometimes, it's hard to control all our emotions, especially when we're all pressing on such a tight schedule.
Next, some random thoughts:
1) Walkie-talkie-ing is FUN.
2)
Ivan from Manpower com is really irritating when he's pestering me with THOSE comments.
3)
Marcus from Log com is a pro at technical stuffs. Sorry to say this, but he succeeded
Kang Sheng in the sound control part. (Kang Sheng, I think you have to let the new J1s take over liao...u too old le =P haha..joking)
4)
Zheng Han from Admin com is really zheng4 han4 (in chinese). He really awed me in his method of doing things.
5)
Amanda from Admin com too. And she has something fishy ongoing with
Bing Qi from Log com...I wonder what is it... =P
6)
Zhi Kai from Admin com has REALLY nice baby hair... =D (By the way, he's my god-brother)
7) I have taken in 2 god-brothers: Zhi Kai and
Chin Khang. Haha.
8)
Grace,
Charmaine and
Alena are really very nice peeps. *MUACKS
9) J1 admin planning comm is really cool!
10) Love Fiesta has really brought
some people
closer together ^^
Lastly, I would like to say a BIG
THANKS to those who have helped in this carnival in one way or another.
(may sound very cliche, but...) This carnival wouldn't be a success if not for all your support and help. J1 leaders, (big) Amanda, stall holders, aunties and uncles cleaning the school, the security uncle...blah....the list just goes on...
To Mr. Leow and Ms Tiong, thanks for all the effort and hardwork put in,. the carnival would be so smooth if not for all your guidance and support.
To E-Club people, we've completed the project! The hard work put in is really worth it! Especially to Grace, Charmaine, Lihui and Alena, remember that time we're talking about that THING??? HAHA. Now we've reached the end! Thanks for the support! =D
To J1 admin comm, AHHHHHH!!!! You all are so cute!!! I remember when I first saw ALL of you, I was thinking...Oh Gosh, all new faces and new people, how to get to know all of them in such short time? But now...we have gotten through the hardest times and achieved success! (still remember that time the attendance cork-up?) =D WELL DONE, ADMIN! With funny people like Chin Khang and Zhi Kai, the detailed one (Zheng Han) and the girls such as Amanda, Yan Ru, Yee teng and Xing Yi, I had great fun with ALL of you! =D
To the PST-ers, we have come a long way from the planning and organising this event. From the bonding sessions such as the pepsi-cola game, little chats that we had...the quarrels between the girls and Chian Lim...we have really achieved alot and bonded together. I have gotten to know alot of you all better and we all able to work in unison. I dare say (with Ms. Tiong's comment as evidence) that, PST is the BEST comm in LOVE FIESTA! the way that we work, and under the leadership of PST I/C: Kang Sheng, we're really one of the rare com that can fit in so nicely. No doubt we may have our own complaints and such, but we have never let them affect our strong (metallic) bond! =P
Thanks, PSTWith that, I end my gratitude to all. ALL THE BEST!Sidenote: In the course of the project, yours truly (I) have received alot of questions about some doubts that most of the J1 and J2 planning comm, including the teachers-in-charge, may have. The questions have gotten so intense such that I am unable to articulate to all of you in the proper correct manner. But I guess the answer is quite obvious already, especially the night when we spend our time in LT5 reliving the moments...Haha. So all of you all can stop spamming the question already =P.______________________________________________________Friday-A day of kiddy fun!Friday was uber fun with Wanting, Bernice, Joy and Jia Hao. First was playing captain's ball with Max, Chong Sheng, Hoyin, Jia Hao, Wanting and Bernice. 15 mins later...we decided to change game cos it was getting WAY TOO BORING. And suddenly Wanting suggested Lao ying zhua xiao ji (Eagle catch small chick)...so we played. Actually only Wanting, Jia Hao and I. HAHAH. VERY FUN!!! reminds me of the times I had when I was young... And Jia Hao looked so funny.Next up was Jia Hao's suggestion: A E I O U.LOL. SO FUNNY!!! All of us were like little kids. How I wish the time would just stop there...We're having so much FUN!!! My version of the game was A E I O U. But Jia Hao insisted we play his version, which was, A E I O U Bengali LOVE YOU! I had alot difficult shouting that longgg phrase, and Jia Hao stumbled when trying to catch me. HAHA. Special Thanks to Jia Hao who played with us, for he was the ONLY guy who was WILLING to play these children games...Hoyin said it was C-H-I-L-D-I-S-H =( Who says people cannot play these kinda of games when you're old? =) We're all young at HEART! [Though Jia Hao may seems like a big bully, but he's actually very nice ;)]Lastly. SOCCER RAWKS!!!_________________________________________________I love the flowers =D Thanks!
